DENVER'S FINEST BARTENDERS
World-Class Cocktail Experience, Without the Velvet Rope
We're not your typical event bartenders. We're craft cocktail specialists who've spent years honing our skills in Denver's most competitive bars and cocktail competitions worldwide.
Our team includes BAR 5-Day certified mixologists, veterans of iconic establishments like Williams & Graham, and bartenders who've been recognized by Eater, Zagat, and 5280 Magazine for excellence in hospitality.
When you hire Mobile Craft Bars, you're getting the same caliber of bartending you'd find at Denver's top speakeasies—brought directly to your venue, minus the crowds and downtown pricing.

The Faces Behind Your Bar Service
Alex Daniluk
Bartender
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I bring over a decade of experience in bartending and restaurant management to every event I serve. Over the years, I’ve worked at some of Denver’s top cocktail bars — including Union Lodge No. 1, Saint Ellie, Colt & Grey, Brass Tacks, and Arvada Tavern — where I refined my skills in craft cocktails, guest service, and team leadership. In 2019, I expanded into wedding and event catering, combining my hospitality background with a love for creating memorable, personalized experiences. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, my goal is to deliver seamless service and exceptional drinks that reflect each client’s unique style.
Hayden Cairns
Bartender
Classically trained cocktail bartender with over six years experience curating craft cocktails. Worked at Williams and Graham and currently employed at Union Lodge No.1, two of Denver’s finest cocktail lounges. Trained in pre-prohibition, post prohibition and modern classic cocktails, but specifically love making drinks tailored to a guest’s personal likes and dislikes.
James Menkal
Owner/Operator
After more than a decade behind the bar—including eight years slinging craft cocktails at Williams & Graham—and earning accolades from Eater, Zagat, and competitions like Denver's Toques and Tails along the way, I realized my favorite part of bartending wasn't the awards or the published recipes. It was the moments when a perfectly crafted drink brought people together. As a BAR 5-Day graduate and longtime member of the Hubertus Circle, I built Mobile Craft Bars to take that same philosophy beyond the bar: bringing high-quality, personalized cocktail experiences directly to celebrations, gatherings, and events that deserve something special.
Justin Jenkins
Bartender
Justin Jenkins began his career cooking in kitchens building a base of knowledge and skill that he has taken with him to every corner of the hospitality industry. In the past 20 years he went from running kitchens, to working on farms and in animal husbandry, to cheese making and building baking and fermentation programs. He has spent the last 7 years weaving his experience into his own personal form of bartending and love for taking care of people.
Marshal Quast
Bartender
Running around my family's winery from the age of 3, I had a proper introduction to the world of caring for people through the service of food and beverage. Despite my upbringing, however, I didn't have my first hospitality job until my later years of college. Shortly after graduating I landed at Williams and Graham as a host and barback, working my way up to bartender a year and a half later. It cannot be said lightly that my time at Williams & Graham has challenged me to grow, learn, and adapt in ways I didn't know possible. I bring the knowledge and skill I've gained in my career to every event that I work for Mobile Craft Bars.
Matt Hunt
Bartender
Matt is a New Zealand born bartender who has worked in more bars and restaurants than he can count. Which is to at least five. He's been bartending for over 20 years, and has been featured in Death and Co's most recent book. Denver locals will recognise him from bars like Death & Co and Williams & Graham. He's also been a Mobile Craft Bars bartender since its inception.
Tammy Bouma
Bartender
Tammy Bouma is a nationally recognized bartender and the 2024 Speedrack champion, known for her blend of creativity and technical precision behind the bar. As the former Bar Manager at Happy Accidents in Albuquerque, she led the team to earn the title of America’s Best Bar Team at Tales of the Cocktail 2023.
