Mobile Craft Bars LLC ("Mobile Craft Bars," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, request a quote, book a discovery call, or use our bartending services.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you fill out our discovery form, book a call, or hire us for an event, you may provide:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if you opt in to text messaging)

  • Mailing address (for invoicing or contracts where applicable)

  • Event details (event type, date, guest count, venue, budget, preferences, dietary or allergen notes)

  • Payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)

  • Any other information you choose to share with us

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city, region, country)

  • Browser type and version, operating system, device type

  • Pages you visit on our site, time spent, links clicked, scroll depth

  • Referring website and ad click identifiers (such as fbclid from Meta or utm_source from any platform)

  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

We do not process sensitive personal information (such as health data, biometrics, or precise geolocation), and we do not collect personal information from third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and prepare a custom quote

  • Schedule, confirm, and conduct your event

  • Send appointment confirmations and reminders by email and (if you opt in) SMS

  • Process payments and keep records of transactions

  • Improve our website, service offerings, and ad targeting

  • Measure the performance of our marketing campaigns

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We process your information only when we have a valid legal basis to do so, such as your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, or legal compliance.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent at the point of collection, we may send you appointment-related text messages.

What you'll receive. Booking confirmations, reminders before your event, day-of logistics, and follow-up messages directly related to your event with us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts unless you separately opt in to receive them.

Frequency. Up to four (4) messages per booking. Frequency depends on the event timeline and any rescheduling.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Mobile Craft Bars does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message to stop receiving messages. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the email below. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive email confirmations or our service in general.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS messaging service provider. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive texts, you also acknowledge that your phone number will be processed by Twilio for the purpose of sending these messages. Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers, only as needed to operate our business:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, your event is being planned or executed, or as needed to provide services and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After that period, we delete or anonymize the information.

Specific retention periods:

  • Lead and discovery-call inquiries: up to 24 months

  • Booked event records and contracts: 7 years (for tax and legal compliance)

  • Marketing analytics data: up to 36 months in aggregated form

When we no longer have a legitimate need to retain your information, we delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), we will isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Essential cookies that are required for the site to function

  • Analytics cookies (PostHog, Google Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used

  • Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) that help us measure the effectiveness of ads and show you relevant ads on other sites you visit

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact how the site functions for you.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

7. Do Not Track Signals

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this time, no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other automatic mechanism. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we are required to follow, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access to the information we hold about you

  • Correction of information that is inaccurate

  • Deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements

  • Opting out of certain uses, including marketing communications and targeted advertising

California "Shine the Light" Law. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA, except as described in Section 4 above relating to advertising cookies.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Transmission of personal information to and from our services is at your own risk.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 21 and older (the legal drinking age in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. International Visitors

Mobile Craft Bars is based in Colorado, United States. If you visit our site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.

Appendix: Cocktail Copilot App Privacy Notice

This appendix describes how Mobile Craft Bars LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Cocktail Copilot mobile application (also known as the Cocktail Batching Calculator) and any related applications that link to this notice (collectively, the "App").

This appendix supplements the main Mobile Craft Bars Privacy Policy above. Where the App's practices differ from those described in the main policy, this appendix controls.

If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not download or use the App.

A1. Information We Collect Through the App

Information you provide. When you use the App, you may voluntarily provide:

  • Email address (if you sign in or contact support)

  • Name (if you create a profile or save preferences)

  • Inputs you enter into the calculator (recipe quantities, batch sizes, ingredient names, event size estimates)

Information collected automatically. The App may automatically collect:

  • Device type, operating system, and OS version

  • App version and build identifier

  • Crash logs and error diagnostics

  • General usage information (which features are used, frequency of use)

We do not collect precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, or other sensitive device permissions through the App. We do not receive personal information from third parties about you.

We do not process sensitive personal information through the App.

A2. How We Use App Information

We use information collected through the App to:

  • Provide the calculator and related features

  • Save your inputs and preferences (locally on your device, unless you opt in to cloud sync)

  • Diagnose and fix bugs and crashes

  • Understand which features are most useful so we can improve the App

  • Respond to your support requests

We process App information only when we have a valid legal reason, such as your consent, performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate business interests in operating and improving the App, or compliance with law.

A3. Sharing App Information

We do not sell your information. We do not share App information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to operate the App:

  • App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) for distribution and crash reporting

  • Cloud hosting providers (such as our backend host) for any optional cloud-sync features

  • Analytics providers (where used) for understanding aggregate App usage

  • Customer support tools

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

A4. Storage and Retention

Most data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. If you opt in to cloud sync (where available), that data is stored on our backend until you delete it from the App.

Crash logs and diagnostic data are retained for up to 12 months for engineering purposes. Aggregate usage data may be retained longer in non-identifiable form.

You can delete your locally stored App data by clearing the App's data on your device or uninstalling the App. To delete cloud-synced data, use the in-App delete option or contact us.

A5. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information collected through the App, including encryption in transit between the App and our servers. As with any internet-connected service, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

A6. Children

The App is intended for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor through the App, please contact us so we can delete it.

A7. Permissions and Device Access

Where the App requests permissions on your device (for example, notification permission for batch reminders), we use them only for the stated purpose. You can change permissions at any time in your device's settings.

A8. Your Rights

You have the same rights regarding App information as described in Section 8 of the main Privacy Policy above, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
